OUR MISSION

Psyarts

PsyArts was founded by Daniella Qureishi LCAT, CLAT, ATR-BC.

“PsyArts” reflects our core mission to help individuals discover themselves through self-expression. “Psy” originates from the Greek word psychē, meaning “soul” or “principle of life,” combined with logos, meaning “reason.” “Arts” signifies our belief in the healing power of creative expression.

In 2019, PsyArts was created to spread mental health awareness and foster creativity through innovative therapeutic approaches. We are dedicated to empowering individuals by integrating creative and narrative therapy to cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

By providing a supportive and creative environment, we aim to inspire personal growth and enhance the mental health of our community.

What We Offer

PsyArts believes that one-size-fits-all mental health support isn’t the way. With the popularity and rise of pop psychology, it can obscure the reality that everyone’s situation is unique and needs to be treated as such. PsyArts allows you to customize your experience by choosing from specialized options.

Clinical: Individual Therapy & Life Coaching

Customize your individual therapy experience even further by choosing from individual specialized tracks:
Self Directed Counseling, Treatment Plan Structured, Creative Arts Therapy, or 3-in-1 Individual Therapy.

Interactive: Workshops

Various themed workshops based on our shared personalities meeting our interests. They’re built for strengthening resilience and mental well-being through metaphorical approaches, interactive discussions, and hands-on exercises. Each workshop serves a specific purpose.

Non-Clinical: Creative Wellness Events

Experiences to enhance your programming, from ready-to-go activities to fully customized packages. Foster creativity, collaboration, and meaningful discussion tailored to your mission and audience.
